Great food, excellent service and incredibly beautiful view on the lake. The staff was supper friendly and the room was beautifully decorated and fairly quiet. Varied breakfast with plenty of choices. Incredible setting, near to The Cottage Inn and Lake Tahoe, the private beach, and ski resorts. Also, to local shops. Great place to stay for a trip to Tahoe City.

The parking was on site, and the room was warm. The restaurant was great for evening meals, and the location was fantastic for exploring northern Lake Tahoe. We both ordered wonderful dishes. It had magnificent views of the lake and an Indian decor.

Amazingly beautiful and friendly stay! Our room was part of a beautiful, clean cabin in a charming enclave of cabins surrounded by tall Lodgepole and Sugar Pines. The hotel's attention to detail in the cabins' design was evident, with modern rooms that had obviously been very thought out. Our room had a cozy fireplace and a comfortable king bed. The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to both the private beach and the shore of Lake Tahoe. We had easy access to the mountain for skiing each day. The staff were absolutely amazing, providing a warm welcome and offering food and drinks at happy hour. The breakfast served was excellent, with a great selection of pastries and delicious coffee. All was ok.
